Looking for Manager Info Security & Service Management
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors or Higher Degree in Computer Science or IT
- Desirable certification: ITIL, ISO 27001, PMP, CISO, CISM,TM Forum
- 12-14 years of relevant experience
- Functional Skills / Knowledge Area
- Good knowledge of GSM and Telco environment in general
- Innovative, proactive and customer focused
- Work well in a pressure situation
- Self-driven and flexible
- Stakeholder Management
- Should be able to understand IT systems in a Telco Environment like CRM, Middleware, SOAP/XML based application
- Should be able to understand vulnerabilities in technologies like Angular, React, .Net Core, NodeJS, Open API, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST and shell scripting etc.
- Linux/Unix
- Service Management Framework knowledge
