Responsibilities
- Driving the L&D framework and strategy for the organization by working in close collaboration with GM CPE (HR) and other internal/external stakeholders
- Leading the Learning & Development function of Culture & People Excellence department covering need identification, training calendar, execution & evaluation
- Extensive front and sales staff training across Pakistan
- Develop employee engagement activities and CSR initiatives to boost employee motivation, succession planning & career enhancement
- Content development leading towards online learning platform
- Development of learning culture within orgnization via train the trainer programmes
