Position: Area Sales Manager (Faisalabad)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day retail operations.
• Coordination with CCTV surveillance officer regarding issues at outlets.
• Coordination with Inventory audit department at the time of audit for respective regional outlets.
• Follow ups from respective departments regarding inventory.
• Responsible for handling issues related to shops operations
• Recruitment and training of sales staff.
• Training and managing existing sales team to derive revenue growth & performance.
• Coordination with marketing department for promotional activities & Branding
• Visiting respective regional outlets as per given schedule and assessing if the Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Coordination with Supply Chain Analysts to come up with analytical insights.

Basic Requirements Are:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5-8 Years of Experience in related field.
• Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
• Incumbent must be flexible to be present after working hours when some special assignments are in process.
