LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, NORTH NAZIMABAD, HEAD OFFICE, KARACHI.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading and transforming front office operations to deliver an excellent patient experience. This role is not limited to daily supervision; it focuses on improving systems, enhancing service quality, developing staff, and introducing best practices to grow the department and align it with international healthcare service standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and continuously improve all front desk, reception, and patient facilitation services.
- Identify service gaps and introduce innovative solutions for smoother patient flow.
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards across all front office touchpoints.
- Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor patient feedback and convert insights into service improvements.
- Prepare succession plans and develop high-potential team members.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative departments to improve coordination.
- Standardize registration, appointment handling, billing coordination, and information desk operations.
- Ensure accurate data capture and reporting for management review.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office operations.
- Support implementation and optimization of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Contribute to hospital-wide service excellence and branding initiatives.
- Design and implement patient experience initiatives.
- Identify service gaps and introduce innovative solutions for smoother patient flow.

- Ability to implement systems, SOPs, and performance frameworks.

- Proficiency in HIS and MS Office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Working Experience: 8–10 years of experience in front office / patient services within a healthcare or service industry, At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
