Position : Accounts Officer
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, KEAMARI CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY: The accounts officer is responsible for ensuring timely payment of loans, grants and bills. He presides over the monitoring and processing of payments and expenditure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive income sheet and make M.I.S reports based on daily income and payments.
- Separate daily payments and total payment up to the month end.
- Prepare the Balance report.
- Prepare daily reports for consolidation purpose.
- Collect the Bank statement daily from bank.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Liaison with bank.
- Preparation of daily Journal Voucher to record income.
- Issue receipts after clearing of cheques.
- Disbursement of Salary & Advances.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
- Critical Thinking.
- Time Management.
- Coordination.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: B.COM
- Work Experience: 5 years and above
