Position: Multiple
Purpose : This position is responsible to manage administrative services at site; Manage staff attendance, leave, disciplinary, staff separation matter and other HR aspects WITH the objective to ensure smooth flow of operations and provision of quality administrative services; WITHIN the limits of company policies and procedures; directions from the Plant Manager Head O&M and Head HR &Admin; and industry best practices.
Job Responsibilities :
• Coordination and continuous sharing of information with another sites Administration.
• Provide regular updates on day-to-day operational matters and seek guidance about day to day matters to Plant Manager and receiving guidance on escalated issues.
• Seek guidance on Company policies and procedures from Head HR & Admin
Essential Requirements: Graduation and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Preferably in power plant site/admin.

Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to supervise, maintain and operate 50 MW wind power farm ensuring availability along with safety of staff, environment, and equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
This position requires the incumbent to oversee a team of operators, technicians, and skilled helpers as per site requirement. These activities are carried out WITH the Objective for smooth execution of plant operations.
Essential Requirement: BE- Electrical Engineering Degree with 8 years of experience with 5 years of IPPS and 5 years in a management role.
