Programme Overview: Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

This comprehensive 15-month programme includes rotations across multiple departments, allowing participants to gain a deep understanding of our business operations and develop essential leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured rotation through various departments, each lasting 5 months.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with department managers to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Engage in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes to build professional skills and industry knowledge.
Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas and perspectives.
Support day-to-day operations and help teams achieve their objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields, MBA graduates with no prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
Strong academic performance; relevant internships or project experience will be an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
