Position: Quality Control Officers-2 for Shifts
Location: SITE Karachi
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BS/MSc degree in Applied Chemistry, Food Technology.
- Working Experience: Fresh to 1 year in processing, packaging, and quality assurance of FMCG or any other manufacturing industry.
Brief Outline of Main Duties:
- To comply with the company’s policies and ensure compliance of HSE, Food Safety and Quality during job.
- Analysis of all incoming packaging & raw material as per sampling protocol.
- Analysis of Raw, processing Oil & FG samples as per defined parameters.
- To maintain all analysis, standardization, environmental monitoring & verification records in prescribed format.
- Reporting of all activities to related concerns.
- Communicate via email in case of any out of specs parameter on incoming/processed & FG stages.
- Raise NC/SNCR report in case of any issue raised in shift.
- Coordinate among shift colleagues for proper handing over and taking over the shift charge.
- Responsible to verify start up check list reporting the QDI parameters in prescribed quality log sheets.
- Checking of Batch codes, pricing & expiry duration for each machine of all SKUs.
- Visit & checking loading practices & FG Storage at warehouse.
