Dalda Foods Jobs September 2017: 1-AM PRODUCTION {Chemical Engineer or Food Technologist, 3-5 years of work experience in processing department of Dairy Industry, must be familiar with UHT milk process and Aseptic filling operations. Knowledge of Process GMP and CCP’s is required. Experience in excel, Power point is required and hands on experience on SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage. Should be able to lead and manage production operations in shifts. }
2- AM QUALITY ASSURANCE{M.Sc. in Dairy Technology / Food Technology or Chemistry with 2-3 years of hands on experience in dealing with Milk & Milk products and its chemical / micro and sensory lab analysis. Must be aware of the UHT Milk processing Equipment’s, working principles, parameters and product analytical techniques. Should be familiar with FSSC/HACCP process to drive FSSC in operations. Should be able to lead and manage shift quality control function, able to suggest improvement in process and quality functions.)
3- AM – Research & Development {M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology with over 5 Years of work experience in product development of Milk& Milk Products / Beverages/ Juices in a FMCG company is required. Knowledge of UHT / HTST process, Aseptic filling operations is needed for the position. Must have willing to learn approach, be ready to gain hands on experience in development and take initiatives in product development, plant trials and supplier development with respect to new products. Be able to analyze existing product and suggest improvement with respect to quality and cost.}
