Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate the procurement and delivery of raw materials, kitchen supplies, and packaging across all branches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels at central and outlet locations to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand based on sales trends and promotional activities.
- Implement efficient stock rotation and control systems (FIFO/FEFO) to reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and delivery transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain.
- At least 5 years of similar experience in food industry.
- Energetic resource with strong leadership and communication skills.
