Position: Manager IT Operations & Infrastructure (Karachi)
Experience:
- 10+ years experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations, preferably within an FMCG, Banking, or Manufacturing environment
- 5+ years experience leading technical teams or managing complex infrastructure applications, IT operations & projects
- Strong technical background in Cloud, Microsoft, Google Enterprise Workspace ecosystems & SAP BASIS/landscape management
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the high availability, hosting performance, and disaster recovery readiness of business-critical systems
- Administer and optimize enterprise productivity tools for Google Workspace administration and security
- Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically managing Microsoft Active Directory (AD), SAP BASIS, Business Applications, Group Policies, and ensuring secure user authentication protocols
- Implement cybersecurity best practices across all endpoints and servers, ensuring compliance and operational stability
Education: Minimum graduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, with technical proficiency in Microsoft AD, SAP BASIS/ Infrastructure support, Google Workspace Administration & Cisco Networking (Switches/Routers/Firewalls)
