Seeking a pivotal leadership role in Engineering and Maintenance where the key responsibilities will encompass overseeing the efficiency and compliance of plant machinery, formulating, and implementing maintenance strategies in line with business goals, project management, and issue resolution. A significant part of this strategic role will include leading value creation projects, fostering team growth, and promoting cross-functional collaboration. The role will also involve managing contracts, budgets, and proactive addressing of potential issues, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in FMCG environment leading projects at a manufacturing location.
Mastery in project management with experience both in large and small projects. This should include actual experience in a manufacturing environment executing projects.
Experience in capital budgeting, forecasting. Strong knowledge of SAP for capex management.
Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion to improve and digitize capex and project management work processes.
Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments while adhering to specified deadlines. PMP certification is preferred.
Strong influencing and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and get results in a matrixed organization.
Knowledge of technical skills in FMCG industry needed. Experience in operations is preferred.
Experience in Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills in preferred.
Detailed knowledge of capital project oversight including new equipment installation and vendor management.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
