WE ARE HIRING DEPUTY MANAGER PRODUCTION – SOS
(A Ghulam Faruque Group Company) is looking for a qualified and talented individual for the mentioned position based in Gadoon Amazai Swabi KPK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control end-to-end production operations of SOS & Carrier bags.
- Ensure production targets are met with optimal quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Manage manpower, shifts, machine utilization, and raw material consumption.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (productivity, waste reduction, efficiency).
- Coordinate with Marketing, QA, procurement, Vendors, HSE and logistics teams.
- New design developments from artwork to final product.
- Mechanical Maintenance of all machines and workshop supervision.
- Ensure all production lines are correctly set up, calibrated, and adjusted for product changeovers to meet dimensional specifications accurately.
- Ensure all compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in SOS Production floors.
Requirement:
The ideal candidate must have Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree with minimum 07-10 years of relevant SOS Packaging & paper converting Industry experience in Production Planning/Engineering with strong knowledge of flexographic printing designs development & Candidate should be a team leader and having good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of SAP is essential.
