Position: Area Sales Manager – Multan
Job Duties:
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Surveying all assigned outlets to ensure predefined Visual Merchandiser’s requirements in the store
- Evaluate performance against KPIs to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
- During campaigns and promotional activities coordination with Marketing team
- Coordination with audit team for audit inventory of assigned territory outlets
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelors preferably in Marketing / Sales
- At least 04-05 years of experience as Area Manager/Manager
- Sound understanding of optimization of retail operations & management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong follow-ups and coordination skills

Position: Interior Designer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture/interior designing
- Minimum 02-03 years’ of experience in retail industry
Key Skills:
- Retail and spatial design experience.
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Adobe CC, Sketch-Up
- Well versed in design and development of furniture and fixtures in retail industry
- Designing and drawing skills
- Experience and understanding of wallpapers, textured paints, fabrics, drapery and other crops
- Ability to work on cost comparison analysis & budgeting of related projects
