Position: Head Marketing Strategy & Branding
Grade: SVP/EVP-I
Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning.
Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies with organizational goals.
Work closely with the Marketing Services team to oversee the execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
Spearhead the launch and management of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.
Drive the creation of diverse content types, including internal and external messages, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content, to support brand initiatives and effectively engage target audiences.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.

Experience: Minimum of 9 years in managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives.

Age: Up to 55 years as of November 24, 2024.
