Bank Alfalah Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager – Operational Risk with 8+ years of experience in financial services to lead operational risk advisory services, drive framework implementation, and partner with IT & business teams to ensure a robust control environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead operational risk advisory for IT initiatives, projects & policies
- Oversee implementation of ORM frameworks, tools & best practices
- Conduct risk assessments, workshops & root cause analysis
- Develop KRIs, RCSA, dashboards & regulatory gap analyses
- Collaborate with audit, regulators & cross‑functional stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
- Strong experience in ORM, RCSA, KRIs, incident management & dashboards
- Ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
