• Improve overall business communication and customer service

Job Requirements& Responsibilities:

• Supervise evaluation of calls to review operations as per the approved SOP and arrange coaching sessions
• Ensure evaluation of cross-functional units within the Contact Center
• Arrange required coaching sessions to cover the gaps
• Improving the overall quality of services to enhance customer experience
