𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Manage the overall operations of the store warehouse efficiently.
o Ensure proper storage and organization of stock to optimize warehouse occupancy.
o Receive Transfer Orders from AX Dynamics and update inventory records accordingly.
o Print barcodes and label items accurately for easy identification and tracking.
o Maintain and update the monthly damage tracking sheet, ensuring all discrepancies are logged and reported.
o Update and manage the Excel sheet for direct deliveries to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
o Share monthly warehouse occupancy reports with relevant stakeholders.
o Maintain a daily sheet for recording and addressing stock discrepancies.
o Ensure timely and accurate preparation of dispatches for inter-store transfers (IST Dispatch).
o Ensure compliance with company policies for inventory handling and management.
o Provide clear instructions to the warehouse staff and supervise their daily activities.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Must be a Graduate.
o Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in retail.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Proficiency in inventory management systems (preferably AX Dynamics or similar ERP software).
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
o Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.

o Develop creative textile print designs for fabrics, ensuring trend alignment and originality.
o Prepare print patterns and artwork for production with accuracy.
o Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
o Research market trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the designs.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Design or a related field.
o 2+ years of experience in textile and print design.
o Expertise in textile print design with a strong portfolio.
o Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
o Creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of textile production processes.
