Urgently looking for an effective HR professional coupled with an extensive exposure of IR Function to oversee activities including but not limited to Factory based recruitment, Implementation of Policies, Control on Employees’ Leave/attendance & payroll, Outsourced Contractors’ labor Management, Agreements/letter drafting, dealing with Union (CBA), dealing with labor related department(s), employee relations management.
The position is based at our Factory located at Hub, district Lasbela with the following pre-requisites:
Qualification: MBA / MPA/ Masters Degree with majors/specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputable business institute/university. An LLB degree will be an added advantage.
The candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication & computer skills along with working knowledge of labor laws / service agreements.
Experience: 07-10 years of relevant work experience of handling HR / Labor related issues at the Factory / Plant in any reputable process industry preferably in an MNC or large scale local organization.
Age: up to 35 years
This is a Senior Management position & carries good perks commensurate to qualification / experience of the candidate
