Looking for a Senior Level resource to look after the CORPORATE AFFAIRS & TAXATION matters of the Company with the following pre-requisites;
Qualification: ACCA / ICMA (Finalist) / LLB Qualified
1) Responsibilities related to CORPORATE AFFAIRS:
Preparing statutory books as per Companies Ordinance 1984, preparing agenda items of the Board and notices of AGMs /EOGMs, recording & circulating minutes of the meetings to BODs & resolving shareholders issues etc.
2) Related to TAXATION:
Maintaining record of all notices issued by FBR, tax returns and appellate orders, ensuring compliance of notices issued by the income tax department, responsible for gathering all evidence of tax deductions claimed in Income Tax Returns etc.
3) Related to LEGAL AFFAIRS
Coordinating with the Company’s lawyer, attending hearings & updating legal records etc.
Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience with any reputed organization, preferably chartered accountant or law firm looking after taxation, corporate & legal affairs of client companies.
Reporting to: Head of Finance
Should have strong written & verbal communication skills
