Ensure efficient daily inspections and maintain high-quality standards. Accurately measure garments against specifications and manage essential finishing documents. Supervise the finishing process, authorize samples, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Oversee pre-final and final inspections, ensuring proper packing for self-shipments and customer audits. Address issues promptly to avoid production disruptions, and make key decisions in consultation with the Brand Manager to align with brand and quality goals.

Qualification: At least a Graduate Experience: 7-8 years of experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan

Develop and implement cost-effective pricing strategies through contract consolidation and alternate sourcing without compromising quality. Manage cost escalation, evaluate suppliers using performance scorecards, and drive supplier relationships and cost reduction with department heads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on spend analysis, supplier negotiations, and compliance with ethical policies. Monitor PIs, track PRs and POs, and oversee performance dashboards to ensure effective procurement and savings.

Qualification: BBA or MBA – Supply Chain Management

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity

Skills: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP Management
