Arpatech Jobs Team Lead HR Operations:Position: Team Lead- HR Operations
Job responsibilities:
Responsible to carry out and streamline the HR Operations of Arpatech.
Ensure that HR best practices are in place and provide support in managing HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement and Payroll Activities.
Skills:
Ability to partner, influence, and work effectively with all levels of an organization.
Proficient in using Microsoft System (e.g: Ms. Excel & Powerpoint) (Knowledge of Google Docs is an added advantage)
Experience: 4-5 years (Working in large and fast paced IT Environment is preferred).
Qualification: Masters in Human Resource Management (Certification in HR will be preferred)
