Job Title: Men’s Wear Supervisor

Reports to: Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and fashion-conscious Men’s Wear Supervisor to lead our menswear department. The successful candidate will oversee sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory management, while driving sales growth and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store displays
• Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Assist with employee training and development
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve performance
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in menswear
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Familiarity with retail software and systems
• Fashion-conscious with knowledge of current trends

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in retail management or a related field

3+ years of retail experience

Previous experience in a supervisory role
