WE’RE HIRING! BRANCH MANAGER – RETAIL BANKING
Academic Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of related banking experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of structured sales plans based on sound knowledge of market variables and customers’ needs
- Consistent delivery of sales numbers with a view to remain at par with the monthly target
- Enhancement of the bank’s image by maintaining a customer-friendly and vibrant environment within the branch, and close contact with other service providers and external business partners
- Business development, through typical activities like: formulating, implementing/monitoring of future strategies, sales plans, and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and aligning these with the business goals 1 Â 1. contactout.com contactout.com
- Foster a culture for teamwork through encouraging cross-selling efforts across all channels;
- Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs
