We are looking for Assistant Manager Warehouse (Karachi)

Requirements:

Responsible for managing all operations related to Finished Goods Warehouses.
Responsible for managing 3PL operations.
To Plan inbound operations with collaboration of Planning Team member.
To plan and manage storage operation considering FEFO and maintain SLOB KPI.
To Plan and manage outbound operations, timely dispatches to customers and maintain OTIF KPI.
To Prepare Stock Shortages report w.r.t Sales Orders and communicate to planning team for timely availability.
To manage agreements related to contractual workers/transporters and WH’s.
Responsible for conducting cycle count and its reconciliation with ERP reports and make necessary arrangement for monthly internal audit.
Responsible to control In-transit / floor damages and maintain Obsolescence KPI.
Budgeting of resources related to warehouses and optimize KPI related to Overtime and Dock Turn Over.
To adhere all SOPs related to Warehouse operations and implement GWP across all FG warehouses.

Skills and Requirements:

Education: Bachelors / Master in Supply Chain
Experience: 04-06 years’ experience in Warehouse & Logistics Operation Preferably in any FMCG Organization.
