Position: Customer Relationship Officer

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for prospecting for clients, appraising loan clients and monitoring and developing his/her loan portfolio. He will also be responsible for developing the savings and deposits portfolio for the target groups.

Responsibilities:

To achieve given target and maintain quality of Gross Loan Portfolio.

To organize prospecting and communication actions in the zone of intervention (markets and commercial areas) by collaborating with the other Customer Relationship Officers and customer services officers.

To ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service

To assist the clients for loan application and conduct loan appraisal and to collect detailed information (personal, business, guaranties) on the field.

To organize recovery actions in case of late repayment as per internal procedures

Eligibility:

Minimum Graduates (B.COM/ BA/ PGD)

Job Title: Senior Internal Auditor
Description:

Risk assessment and the designing of the audit plan.
Analysing the business unit activities and assess the risk levels
To participate in special audit missions required by the CEO /Audit Committee/ Advans Group Internal Auditor
To apply Internal Audit Standards and Advans audit methodologies in order to produce audit programs and documentation of the audit activities and produced recommendations
To regularly monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations and, where applicable, or by regulators or External Auditors
Identify potential risks or risks of fraud and raise them to the attention of the IS Audit Lead Seniors.
Ensure that outstanding observations/recommendations are timely followed with the relevant stakeholders.
Update and maintain knowledge of current auditing practice, data processing, Group, Bank policies and SBP regulations and directives.
Required Qualification/ Education/ Experience:
Member of accounting body (ACCA/ CIMA) OR CIA/Masters in Accounting/ Finance from HEC recognized/ reputable institution.
Atleast 3-4 years relevant working experience in audit process Experience in Microfinance industry will be an advantage.
