EY Ford Rhodes is looking for a Manager – Resource Planning and Utilization to join its Core Business Services Department in Karachi. The role would involve proactive liaison with Service Line Leaders and SL partners, directors and managers to understand client requirements and the wider needs of the business, to facilitate effective resourcing decisions, provide analysis and commentary on backlog, projected pipeline, utilization and forward bookings, non-chargeable activities and availability levels and weekly plan vs actual time variances.
