Job Opportunity – Manager HR
Location: Lahore
We are looking for someone with strong concepts of HR practices and activities.
Following is a list of main tasks:
- Running End 2 End Recruitment process; also Orientation/Induction plan for new joiners.
- Develops, revamp and improve HR policies, procedures and formats related to all functions of HR.
- Review and Update Organizational charts and Grading Structure.
- Conduct training need assessment, plan training schedule based on training needs analysis and conduct the trainings. Evaluate and report training activities.
Requirements:
- MBA or other relevant degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably 2-3 years’ experience of managing a team (as a Team lead/Manager)
- Strong analytical & communication skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder management.
