Department: Investment Banking Department.
📍 Head Office, Karachi
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔️ Support the origination, structuring, and execution of syndicated financing and debt capital market transactions.
✔️ Prepare financial models, credit proposals, and transaction-related documentation.
✔️ Conduct financial, industry, and credit analysis to support investment and lending decisions.
✔️ Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
✔️ Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements while supporting portfolio monitoring and reporting.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✔️ 5 years of experience in Syndications and Debt Capital Markets Investment Banking.
✔️ Candidates with an MBA, CFA or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
✔️ Good communication skills.
✔️ The ideal candidate will support the origination, structuring, and execution of syndicated financing and debt capital market transactions, conduct financial analysis and modelling, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory stakeholders.
