WE ARE HIRING: EXPORT OFFICER – DOCUMENTATION
Location: KARACHI
Ahmed Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Officer – Documentation to manage and oversee all export-related documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and bank submissions
- Communicate with clients and internal departments for documentation requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of experience in export documentation or logistics
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and trade regulations
- Familiarity with LC documentation and Incoterms
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset
