Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager, Kanteen, Karachi
We are looking for a qualified and driven Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team in Karachi. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class guest experience through effective shift management and seamless execution of daily restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Maintain high service standards by monitoring guest experience throughout shifts
Engage with guests to offer menu recommendations and gather feedback on food and service quality
Restaurant Operations
Manage smooth shift operations, including opening and closing, in line with operational guidelines
Support sales forecasting and work with the team to optimise profitability
Supervise, train, and onboard front-of-house team members
Coordinate with the back-of-house team to ensure timely food preparation and consistent quality
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and labour regulations
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in a relevant field
Minimum Intermediate qualification
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
