We’re Hiring: Channel Manager
Location: Head Office
Reporting to: Head of Trade Marketing & Modern Trade
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Manager to lead and grow assigned FMCG channels (GT / MT / Wholesale / E-commerce). The role focuses on channel strategy, sales growth, trade execution, distributor management, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Highlights:
• Develop and execute channel-wise strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage pricing, promotions, merchandising, and distribution excellence
• Analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to drive performance
• Lead channel development projects and trade activations
• Manage budgets, trade spends, distributors, and vendors
• Coach and lead sales & merchandising teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years FMCG experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Channel
Management - Strong understanding of Pakistan FMCG channels (GT, MT, Wholesale)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & reporting tools
