Programme Overview: Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.
This comprehensive 15-month programme includes rotations across multiple departments, allowing participants to gain a deep understanding of our business operations and develop essential leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured rotation through various departments, each lasting 5 months.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects that drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with department managers to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Engage in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes to build professional skills and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Support day-to-day operations and help teams achieve their objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields, MBA graduates with no prior experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic performance; relevant internships or project experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
