Job Title: Utility / Boiler / Mechanical Manager
Location: Renala Khurd, Okara

Job Summary:

Responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of utility systems, boilers, and mechanical equipment in the FMCG facility, ensuring optimal production support while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and maintain utility systems (boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC,
water treatment).
· Ensure mechanical equipment efficiency through repairs, preventive
maintenance, and troubleshooting.
· Monitor energy consumption, optimizing utility use.
· Supervise boiler operations in compliance with safety standards and
regulations.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
· Lead a team of technicians, minimizing downtime and resolving issues.
· Collaborate with production for continuous operations.
· Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
· Ensure health, safety, and environmental guidelines are followed.
· Lead energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
· Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Valid first-class boiler operator’s license and B-Tech/BSc in Mechanical, · Electrical, or related engineering field.
· Proven experience in utilities management and operating boilers in a
manufacturing environment.
· Strong knowledge of utility systems (boilers, compressors, refrigeration,
water treatment).
· Proficiency in CMMS and relevant software.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
· 10+ years of experience in utility, boiler, and mechanical systems in the
FMCG industry.
