We are looking for Brand Manager Based in Karachi
Qualifications
- 5-6 years (Post Qualification) experience in FMCG industry
- Masters or equivalent HEC recognized degree in Marketing
Knowledge and skills
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix coupled with a sales mindset.
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Independent, self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
- Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and targeted consumers insights.
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision and strategies to match up.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Ensure effective and efficient utilization of advertising and promotion funds.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
