Beaconhouse National University is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Associate to join our team at Innovatrium, the hub for entrepreneurial and innovative initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with startups, foster innovation, and contribute to building a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem along side other initiatives at Innovatrium

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Office of Innovation, ensuring smooth execution of activities and projects.
-Develop and maintain clear, professional communication with startups, faculty, and external partners.
-Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and networking -events aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
-Conduct research on industry trends, startup ecosystems, and best practices; prepare reports and presentations.
-Work closely with other departments and external stakeholders to enhance InnovAtrium’s offerings.
-Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.

Eligibility Criteria

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
-Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
-Self-starter, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
-Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
