JOB TITLE : Engineer Contracts / Officer Contracts
REPORTS TO : Manager Contracts
Job Purpose:
Position is responsible to process requisition received from different departments and develop tender documentation, obtain quotations/ bids from local and abroad bidders andconducts relevant correspondence.
Incumbent will assist Manager Contracts in preparation of comparative statement /
approval to select the most economical & acceptable offer. Perform pre-qualification & evaluation of vendors in consultation with user. Prepare Service Order / Purchase Order / Agreements and obtain all necessary requirements from Contractors including Guarantees etc.
Education: B.E / MBA
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Technical Competencies: Computer literate, preferably SAP ERP & Ariba
experience, Good understanding of Contract Documentation, HSEQ Awareness, Well
versed with Bidding Process
Non-Technical Competencies: Good Analytical Approach, Communication Skills,
Negotiation skills
