Responsibilities

Respond incoming calls from customers, primarily addressing queries related to product launches, product availability, exchange policies etc.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, first call resolution, customer satisfaction ratings, and adherence to quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, step-by-step instructions, or escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions and provide accurate and appropriate information in a clear and concise manner.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system or any other designated platform

Requirements

Education: Minimum Intermediate / B. Com
Experience: Fresh or up to 1 year of experience as a call center agent

Excellent verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on call center hours of operation.
Shift availability: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night

Responsibilities

We are looking for highly competitive professional for the role of fabric procurement for apparel and unstitched categories.

Candidate has to involve in sourcing and purchase of greige, dyed, printed or finished fabrics as per the business requirements.
Negotiate upon rates and to ensure the timely receiving of fabrics.
Procurement of fabric as per the purchase requests.
Check for related approved suppliers and prices.
Work with suppliers to ensure the acceptable quality and quantity within agreed lead time.
Prepare the fabric budget based on order requirement.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors in Apparel Manufacturing & Merchandising / Textile Marketing & Merchandising
Experience: 4-5 years of Fabric Procurement for Apparel and Unstitched fabrics.
Skills: Negotiation skills, Time Management, Analytical skills, Decision Maker, MS Office
