TheCity School is looking to fill out the position of HR Associate at Sahiwal Campus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and administration.
- Employee benefits administration (Health Care, Insurance, PF, EOBI and PESSI).
- Manage HR analytics, HRMS and generate reports.
- Process employee separations.
- Assist the Perform Management Cycle.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle through i-Recruitment (Scheduling interviews, placing offers and smooth onboarding of new employees)
- Manage and complete all personnel files of employees.
Candidates should have excellent analytical skills and be well versed with Oracle ERP, HCM/ HRIS & advanced MS Office Skills. Apply
