National Foods Limited is looking to hire Senior Administration Assistant.
Job Purpose: To assist in providing Administration related services for plants
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily monitoring and upkeep of RO plant. Perform necessary checks and follow up. Line up tankers as and when required
• Responsible for Housekeeping of the building. It must be cleaned all the time.
• Maintain a good liaison with Govt. Dept. like KE, SSGC, Site Ltd, Site Association
• Responsible for renovation/maintenance of building, furniture, and fixtures
• Coordinate daily with concern department heads, receive complaints, and resolve them within the given timeline
• Prepare and Monitor lunch sheet of office staff
• Pest Management – fumigation and pest control of Units
• Daily monitoring of HSE compliance issues and closure it within given time
• Communicate with concern department and evaluate their needs
• Responsible for all sanitary, carpentry and paint work within factory/head office premises
• Responsible for implementation of compliance policies and procedures
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 1-2 years
