Quality control officer shall verify the system installed by the Residential Operations team and C&I department with design document. QC officer shall ensure design documents does not violate set standards and check the quality of materials via visual aid, aesthetics and workmanship. In addition, QC officer shall evaluate the performance of project engineer, site supervisors, Coordinators and vendor.

Schedule site inspection visit of commissioned sites.
Ensuring the system installation is completed as per guidelines stated in installation manual.
Verification of design document with actual work at site.
Filing of report / QC form containing recommendation (if any) for rectification work.
Follow up as per Escalation procedure with concern department regarding rectification work at inspected site.
Performance evaluation of vendor, project engineer, site supervisors and Coordinators.
Supervise and verify incoming quality of goods / materials as per IQC Policy and Procedure.
Enforce Leftover Policy. Conduct training session.

IQC Assistant is responsible for maintaining the quality of our products procured from multiple vendors by inspecting, auditing & reporting all the deficiencies to our field Quality Control officers. Furthermore IQC Assistant verifies quantity of the leftover materials as per leftover forms and Inventory transfers.

Ensure quality of incoming material/ goods in warehouse procured from multiple vendors by inspecting samples as per IQC policy and procedure.
Reject all the incoming materials / Goods that fail to meet quality parameters defined in specification / standards / IQC forms and report the issues to the SCM at the earliest.
IQC Assistant shall intimate regional QC officer prior to any rejection of material/ goods.
After inspection, generate a report / IQC forms for the respective inspected item(s).
Attach IQC forms with GRN and inform QC officer of the region.
Verify the BOS items with respect to their ITR for each individual site before delivery to the site and get the acknowledgement of manager warehouse assistant / supervisor.
Leftover quantification will be verified as per our LO forms and shall report to Regional QC Officer in case of any shortage, missing or excessive items/ materials received.
