Must have hands on experience on drawing study, bar bending schedule, BOQ preparation, quality control and safety.

Job Role:

Incoming raw and packaging materials inspection and testing, finished goods testing, laboratory consumables (chemicals, glassware and equipment) management and good laboratory practices
Dairy product life cycle, good manufacturing practices and hygiene concepts, HACCP concepts, laboratory budget management
Quality and food safety audits, legal & statutory (Federal & Provincial) compliance management, supplier quality management
Food safety management system concepts, quality control checks, quality control processes, allergen management
Calibration and verification of lab equipments, chemical contaminants management, proficient in SAP QM and PP Modules
Should have very good knowledge of TQM concepts
