Experience: 2 Years
Job Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field.
- 2 years of experience with programming languages such SQL Server coding.

- Experience in administering, managing and tuning databases.
- Good understanding of data and schema standards and concepts.
- Good understand database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Expertise in SQL.

- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Tools / Skills: SQL Server Administration & Development.

- Customer service experience.
- Superior communication skills (English required).

- Knowledge of relevant software applications and equipment.

- Medical experience.

- Familiar with CareCloud, Salesforce (would be helpful but not required).
- Clover device experience (would be helpful but not required).
- Teaching and training experience.
- Windows and Mac troubleshooting experience.
- Solid understanding of mobile devices (IOS).
