Looking For “Shift Supervisor – Production“.
Education: B. Tech/B.E (Polymer/Mechanical/).
Experience: 2 to 4 years (Experience On Injection Molding Machines Will Be An Added Advantage).
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi.
- Arrange issue of raw material from stores as per standard.
- Make sure that machines are loaded according to Mfg. planner any deviation /change required to be communicated to HOD.
- Physical verification of raw material issued and consumed on each machine and rejection quantity.
- Monitor and suggest feedback to reduce down the mold changeover time.
- Ensure availability of mold accessories and submit requirements timely such that mold change over activity may not be affected.
- Implementation of QMS.
- Implementation of Kaizen & 5 S.

- Receiving of finished goods from production lines.
- Arrangement of goods for dispatch to customers.
- Timely making & posting of documents in software.
- Store the goods in an organized way so that it is easily accessible.
- Monthly stock taking of all Finished Goods items.
- Maintain the warehouse properly.
