Looking for HR Business Associate – OD for our Head Office in Lahore.
Qualification: MBA (Human Resource)
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Creates training strategy & action plan.
- Develop and implement policies.
- Uses data and on – going research and develops initiatives to ensure departmental training.
- Deliver innovations.
- Develops the infrastructure for all training programs.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Performance Management.
- Employee Engagement.
- Excellent communication skills.
