Trax Logistics is looking for candidates for the position of Zonal Manager-Operation.
Position: Zonal Manager-Operation.
Location: Islamabad.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and Enhancing Pick-up & Return Operations.
- Managing Delivery Operations across the region.
- Managing Return Operations across the Region.
- Managing Cash Handling/Management operations & recoveries across the region.
- Managing the Supply Chain Operations across the region.
- Efficient Reporting of Operation activities to the stake holders.
- System Modules Design & Implementation.
- Quality Assurance of Operations.
- Zone/Region Building/New Locations/Hiring Operational Staff.
- Week & Month Closing.
- KPI Cascading across the region/zone.
- Creating/Designing & Implementing SOPs.
- Interdepartmental Communication & Coordination.
- New Project Feasibilities & Budgeting
Requirements:
- Work experience in logistic company of 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- B. Com/ B.B.A or MBA (Supply Chain)
