Position: Executive Human Resource
Location: Islamabad (Head Office)
Job Summary: Responsible for Recruitment, selection & on-boarding of new hires through various sourcing mediums including headhunting; designing and managing internal communications such as bulletins/announcements/employee newsletter between the HR team and the employees; proactive participation in conducting and managing employee engagement activities such as floor activities, recreational activities etc. ; management of HR policies and systems; acting as a liaison between HR department and employees to foster positive employee relations; management of employee disciplinary cases.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with major in HR
OR Human Resource Management
Excellent communication skills (creativity, high-rated reading and writing skills)
1-2 yrs of relevant work experience in:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Employee Engagement Activities
- HR Policies & Systems
Experience in managing internal Communications & Disciplinary cases will be a major advantage.
