Position: Deputy Manager – Business Development
Qualification: BBA / Masters (Preferred) from HEC recognized university
Location: Karachi
Experience: Up to 07 years of experience

Job Description:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, new, pipelined and live members
Build, influence and uphold positive, valuable and congenial relationships with key client contacts
Prospect and identify & capitalize new businesses initiatives/leads for Digital payments
Identify, review and analyzes issues/ data pertinent to 1LINK member banks & facilitate them with resolution
Ensure preparation and maintenance of Business Proposals and updating of MIS and documents over each biller addition
Manage business initiatives with FinTechs, Billing companies, New Business ventures, payment schemes & other disruptive ventures
Manage and collaborate with banks in the region for introduction of domestic payment scheme i.e. PayPak.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of payment industry trends
Excellent communication skills written and oral
Interpersonal, negotiation, conflict management and team management skills

Position: Associate – Business Development
Qualification: Graduate from HEC recognized university
Location: Karachi Experience: Up to 02 years of experience in Banking and e – payment sector

Job Description:
• Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the member banks, new banks and 1LINK.
• Establish relationship and work closely with assigned member banks.
• Coordinate with IT team to provide seamless services to member banks.
• Formulate sales plan that incorporate initiatives in identifying and gaining new businesses and maximizing growth within the existing banks to achieve required targets.

Job Requirements:
• Awareness of domestic banking industry trends
• Focused on identifying and understanding customer’s needs
• Interpersonal, effective communication, and PR management skills
