The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. The employee learns to perform tasks/processes.
Environment: Minimal or no experience required.

Problem solving: Learn to use specialized tools, techniques, procedures and processes. Refers problems to appropriate person.
