Executive BI System & Reports Development – Saes & Distribution:

Job Purpose: Development of all kinds of system reports for Region & HQ to provide visibility for decision making. Research & Analysis related to OMO’s to allow the company to gain competitor advantage by development of real time live reports

Principal Accountabilities: Working closely with IT, Engineering, Finance, Sales & Distribution Department and Regional Teams for the following functions:

Identify intelligence needs of each team through one-to-one communications of key employees in HQ S&D and Regions in order to provide required visibility in terms of reports.
Research and analyse areas of interest to the company which will allow the company to gain a competitive advantage.
Providing live reports which give clear visibility to HQ and regional team and enabling them for decision making
Responsible for Concept paper drafting, review from all stake holders and approvals for new developments in report and systems
End to end responsibility of Reports and system development in coordination with IT and all stakeholders
UAT for newly developed systems and reports so the end product should be as per our requirement.
End to end RA verification of reports once developed
Coordination with Engineering team for providing reports related to Network availability and planning, sites information
Identifying the areas where changes in existing reports are required and modifying it accordingly.
Team player and conflict management handling
Ensure all System reports and analysis related issues are identified and addressed proactively
Responsible for competitors analysis which provide the visibility that which kinds of reports and visibility competitors have for their channel and teams

Desired Skills and Experience

Education (Degrees | Certification | Diplomas | Trainings):

Hold a Master’s degree preferably in business management from tier 01 University
Additional Sales management certifications / Experience would be an added advantage

Experience required:

Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in similar job role and have a good understanding of the Business Intelligence
Relevant industry(telecom) experience would be a plus
